Great Bend Fire/EMS

Tuesday, they responded to four Emergency Medical Services calls and one illegal burn in the 1600 block of Holland Street.

Wednesday, they responded to three EMS calls.

A battery was reported at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday.

A subject reported their personal information being fraudulently used to file for unemployment at 12:47 p.m. Wednesday.

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:24 p.m. Wednesday at Lakin Avenue and Williams Street.

A non-injury crash was reported at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday at 1724 22nd St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at University of Kansas Health System - Great Bend Campus.

A subject reported a theft of a dog at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday at 401 Dogwood St.

The K-9 unit was deployed on a traffic stop at 10th and Grant streets at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday.


Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:21 a.m. Wednesday on West U.S. 56, Great Bend.

Interference with a law enforcement officer was reported at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday at All Seasons Mobile Home Park.

A battery was reported at the Barton County Detention Center at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday.
