Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had four ambulance runs Tuesday. Firefighters responded to assist with a grass fire at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday at W. U.S. 56 and SW 110 Ave. near Pawnee Rock. The fire was extinguished and the scene cleared within 30 minutes.


Great Bend Police

An injury crash was reported at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday at Harrison and Lakin.

A stolen vehicle tag was reported at 3:40 p.m. at 2433 24th St.

A sex offense was reported at 8:14 p.m.

A theft of electronic items was reported at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday at 2724 Gano.

A theft of a wallet from a vehicle was reported at 5:57 a.m. at 2208 30th St.


Barton County Sheriff

A narcotics violation was reported at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday at Lakin and Main, Great Bend.

A fire was reported at 5:06 p.m. at W. U.S. 56 and SW 110 Ave., Pawnee Rock.
