Emergency Medical Service crews made eight ambulance runs on Thursday. There were no fires.
Barton County Sheriff
An injury-crash was reported at 7:36 a.m. Thursday at NW 90 Road and NW 40 Ave.
A bomb threat was reported at 1:23 p.m. at Catch a Ride, 8823 4th St., Great Bend. By 2:43 p.m., law enforcement had been advised of nationwide false bomb threats and several in Barton County.
Great Bend Police
A non-injury crash was reported at 9:44 a.m. Thursday at Broadway and Roosevelt.
Police received the first fake bomb threat at 1:21 p.m. from Sunflower Diversified Services, 1521 K-96. Others followed.
A theft was reported at Perks Coffee, 1216 Main. A breach of privacy case was taken.

Lucas Webster, Hays — Probation violation warrants, interference with law enforcement officer, littering, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, bond set at $10,000; Rush County warrant for burglary, attempted theft, burglary, theft and criminal damage to property, bond set at $15,000; and Rush County warrant for attempted theft and criminal damage to property, bond set at $500. He was later booked on a Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) warrant for parole violation, to be held with no bond.
Brandi Gutierrez — Driving while suspended, expired registration, failure to maintain lane, no insurance, littering, possession of meth and paraphernalia, possession of a depressant. Bond set at $10,000.
Marissa Kennedy — Possession of meth or heroin with intent to distribute. Bond set at $100,000.
