An injury crash was reported Monday morning on Interstate 70, approximately 19 miles east of Russell in Russell County.

A 2018 Toyota utility vehicle was westbound on I-70 at 8:50 a.m. when for an unknown reason motorist Arne Shehadi, 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada, drove into the median and struck a crossover. The Toyota rolled an unknown number of times and came to rest on the driver’s side in the median. Shehadi complained of pain and was taken to Russell Regional Hospital with a possible injury. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Black Dog Towing removed the vehicle.
