Barton County Sheriff
Theft of a purse from a vehicle at 403 SW 50 Ave. was reported Monday.
Twenty gallons of fuel from two vehicles at 118 Hoisington Ave. occurred sometime over the weekend.
A motorist missed the turn to a drive on NE 130 Ave. near East Barton County Road at 10 p.m. Monday and the truck went into the ditch, coming to rest on the passenger side. No one was injured.

Theft of three Mongoose bikes from 2223 Adams St. was reported Monday.
Someone reportedly stole an item out of the yard at 2926 Quivira Ave. and damaged the fog lights on a Dodge pickup.
Theft of checks from a checkbook at 5930 Eisenhower Court A was reported Monday.
A vehicle tag was reportedly stolen from 2209 Garfield St. and put on another vehicle.
