The Golden Plains Quilts of Valor group presented quilts to five area veterans on Saturday, July 9, at the American Legion Post 180 in Great Bend. Quilt tops are made by group members and the quilting is by Amy Schartz Mellor.
Cameron Osner
United States Army Reserve Sergeant First Class Cameron Osner was awarded a Quilt of Valor from Golden Plains Quilts of Valor on July 9, 2022, at the American Legion Post 180 in Great Bend. Osner began serving in 2000 and continues to serve. The quilt top was made by Janet Jackson; quilting by Amy Schartz Mellor.
