McDonalds is testing a new all-fresh beef burger called the Archburger at two locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Plano, Texas, according to USA Today.

The Archburgers come with cheese, pickle, onions and an Arch sauce for $2.19.

Adding lettuce and tomato boosts to the price to $2.69. Adding bacon raises it to $2.89, USA Today reported.

We look forward to gaining valuable feedback from our customers and crew. We are continuing to raise the bar for our customers with new menu items and ways to experience our brand," the company said in a statement to USA Today.

McDonalds has faced increasing pressure to switch to fresh-beef burgers thanks to the rise of other burger chains that serve fresh-beef burgers.

McDonalds serving fresh beef burgers first made headlines in June, according to Reuters. The new burgers take about one minute to cook, which raised concerns among customers that they would take too long to make.

Customer Tracy Moore told Reuters, If its going to be that long every time, I wont order it. Id go somewhere else.

Still, Consumerist points out that McDonalds turnaround time is slow compared to other restaurants. Most McDonalds customers spend on average 208.2 seconds (about 3.5 minutes) at the drive-thru.

McDonalds new burger comes as the company makes several changes to combat its declining sales numbers. The company recently announced it planned to bring back its $1 menu, along with $2 and $3 options.

The company also recently added a Chicken Big Mac to its menu.
