HOHMAN, Indiana If watching A Christmas Story is a tradition in your family, you know that bully Scut Farkus is about the meanest movie bully a kid named Ralphie could ever encounter.

His fox skin cap, maniacal laugh, and yellow eyes (so help me, yellow eyes!) are enough to make any kids skin crawl. Add a toady named Grover Dill, and youve got the perfect setup for a bully combo of doom. Even now, as the (sort of) well-adjusted adult I am, that Scut cackle still strikes a nerve.

Well, Scut Farkus (actor Zack Ward) is all grown up now, and hes got a few jolly holiday tips to help you (or your child) survive your own Christmas bully.

In the video, Ward still sports his Scut Farkus costume and begins with a little known fact about Randys costume from A Christmas Story. It turns out that the "I can't put my arms down" outfit wasnt for warmth, it was a sophisticated and effective bully-proofing tactic. Ill let Scut fill you in on the rest.

Now grab a cup of hot cocoa, flip on TBS to watch its annual 24-hour A Christmas Story marathon, and give a little prayer of thanks that you never had to meet Scut Farkus in real life.
