NORTH CONWAY, N.H. A video of two workers braving 100 mile per hour winds is going viral and for good reason.
Posted by Mount Washington Observatory to YouTube on Monday, the video shows what happens when two normal-sized men Mike Dorfman and Tom Padham encounter winds topping out at 109 mph on the top of a weather observatory in North Conway, New Hampshire. All this video is missing is a Mary Poppins-style umbrella to lift them up and away.
The winds are strong enough that the men are able to lean into, jump against and attempt to walk through the wind while struggling against the gusts while tilted at a 45-degree angle.
