Passwords need to be hard to guess and use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, according to a report from Splashdata, which compiled a list of the worst passwords of 2014.

When you are picking your passwords make sure they dont include your favorite sports or athletic team since these are among the 100 most common passwords.

Try to avoid personal information, like your name, your childrens name, birthdates or birth years.

Trustno1 is also a pretty common password. So trust us, and change your password.
