WICHITA — Aaron Wade Fisher, 38, passed away following a car accident.  He was born June 12, 1973, the son of Karl LeRoy Fisher and Connie (Clark) Fisher.
Growing up in Great Bend, he attended and graduated from Great Bend High School in 1992 and later attended Barton Community College and Kansas State University. Mr. Fisher was a Wichita resident since 2002, coming from Olathe.
He was an independent car salesman, loved collecting football and baseball cards and coins. He enjoyed cars and spending time with his son and nieces and nephew. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and having fun.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Connie and Henry Ruble, Great Bend; one son, Gunner Fisher of the home and Gunner’s mother, Allison Koons; one sister, Stacy Brandenburg-Hughes of Kansas City, Mo.; one brother, Brooke Brandenburg of Wichita; step brother, Eric Fisher; two nieces  and one nephew, Cody Hughes, Taylor Hughes and Chloe Brandenburg. He was preceded in death by his father, Karl Fisher.
The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday at the First Church of the Nazarene in Great Bend with Pastor Josh Foster officiating. Inurnment will be at the Claflin Cemetery in Claflin. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Bryant Funeral Home with the family receiving friends. The memorial fund is the Gunner Fisher Education Fund in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
