LARNED — – Alice Jean Seltman, 99, passed away March 27, 2016, at Diversicare of Larned. Born Jan. 24, 1917, in Pawnee Rock she was the daughter of Vernon (Pete) and Thelma Williams Daniels. On Sept. 22, 1935, she married Albert August Seltman in Rozel. He passed away on Jan. 7, 2000. A lifetime area resident, she was a homemaker and a retired Occupational Therapist from the Larned State Hospital.
Mrs. Seltman was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Lincoln Banner E.H.U., Sunflower Club E.H.U. and the Li-ar-mu Club, all of Larned.
Survivors include, two sons, Scott (Diane) Seltman of Larned and Kent Seltman of Spokane, Wash.; a daughter, Linda (Dave) Bryan of Overland Park; two daughters-in-law, Candy and Colleen; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Alan and John Seltman; a brother, Pete Daniels; and a daughter-in-law, Kristine Seltman.
