CHASE - Alvin Walter Heine, 93, died on July 3rd. He was born November 27, 1926 at the family home in rural Chase, KS to Walter and Alma Panning Heine. The home burned down on Christmas Eve, one month after he was born, but the family re-built and it was his home for 90 years.
