COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Arthur Kenneth Christiansen, 80, died Dec. 25, 2012, at Colorado Springs, Colo. He was born Feb. 7, 1932, at Great Bend, the son of August and Alice Christiansen. He married  Hanne in 1976.
Arthur served in the United States Army in Korea. He was employed by King Soopers for 38 years.
Survivors include his wife, Hanne Christiansen; a son, Lance Christiansen; two stepchildren: Bettina von Holstein-Rathlou and Erik von Holstein-Rathlou; two sisters, Sandy Brown and Glenna Grant; and three brothers, David, John, and Bruce Christiansen. He was preceded by a son, Clay Leon Christiansen, and a stepson, Stig von Holstein-Rathlou.
Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at the Center for Spiritual Living in Colorado Springs, Colo. Donations may be made to the Center for Spiritual Living in Colorado Springs or Pikes Peak Hospice.
