Betty Ann Debes, 70, died Jan. 28 at Great Bend Regional Hospital. Born Dec. 28, 1941, in Great Bend, she was the daughter of Joseph A. and Marie R. (Oberle) Debes. She was a longtime resident of Great Bend, coming from Odin.

Ms. Debes was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church and Altar Society, in Odin.

Survivors include a sister, Darlene Hiltabidle and her husband Rick of Brownell; two brothers, James J. Debes and his wife Inge and Robert L. Debes, both of Claflin; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Mary Kay Mix; and two nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Family Catholic church in Odin with Father Charles Mazouch officiating. Burial will be at the Holy Family Cemetery in Odin.
