Billie Jean Harrison Chartier, 66, died Nov. 16, 2015, at The Hospice House in Hutchinson. Born Sept. 17, 1949, in Angola, she was the daughter of  Bill and Juanita (Shook) Harrison. She grew up in Mound Valley.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28, at the Mound Valley Community Center in Mound Valley. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be at The Mound Valley Cemetery.
