HOLYROOD — Bradley James Poppelreiter, 57, passed away Feb. 26, 2017, in Holyrood.
Born June 27, 1959, in Hoisington, he was the son of Dee (Blankenship) and Clarence Poppelreiter. He was an operator at Enron National Gas Plant in Bushton and operated his own vending distribution company.
Survivors include his son, Brady Poppelreiter, Manhattan; a daughter, Chantel Poppelreiter, Great Bend; parents, Clarence and Dee Poppelreiter, Holyrood; brothers, Joe Poppelreiter (Kelly), Hutchinson; Mike Poppelreiter, Holyrood; and Bill Poppelreiter (Shelly), Lee’s Summit, Mo.; former wife, Marla Martin-Poppelreiter, Great Bend; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Parsons Funeral Home in Ellsworth. Cremation will follow the service and a private family inurnment will be scheduled for a later date. Visitation will be held from 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at Parsons Funeral Home in Ellsworth, with family present 6:30-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses in care of the funeral home.
