Carol Ann (Henry) Dyer, 74, of Augusta, Kansas, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018. Memorial service 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at Headley Funeral Chapel, Augusta. Carol was born in Great Bend, Kansas, on December 10, 1943, to the late Edna (Yingling) and Ray Henry. In earlier years, Carol owned her own beauty salon, and later she and her husband Kenny owned a dairy farm. She was also a cook at Otis Bison USD 403 for many years. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.
She is survived by: daughters, Carri Siebenmark and husband Jerry of Wichita, Kansas, and Amy Cox and husband Robert of Augusta, Kansas; brothers, Rick Henry and wife Rosemary of Houma, Louisiana, and Pete Henry of Great Bend, Kansas; grandchildren, Cal and Carli Siebenmark, and Christian Cox; sisters-in-law, Joyce Henry of Omaha, Nebraska, and Kathy Henry of Great Bend, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Dyer, her parents, Ray and Edna Yingling; brothers, Ronny and Terry Henry; sister, Carmen Elsen.
