HOISINGTON — Carolyn Francis Krawetzke, 55, of Sapulpa, Okla. passed away Dec. 15, 2012. She was born Aug. 31, 1957 in Great Bend to Alois “Sonny” and Juanita (Kallaus) Hoeffner. She was a homemaker and care giver to many cats and dogs throughout her life. She was a graduate of Claflin High School, Class of 1975.
She met and married the “love of her life,” Dennis Krawetzke on May 20, 1978. They are the proud parents of eight cats and two dogs. She enjoyed cooking, working in her flowerbeds, and setting her sisters and brother in their places.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis, her three sisters and brother, Mary and Stephen Hart, Great Bend; Michelle and Steve Root, Great Bend, Shawna and Kelly Shadduck, Beaver, and Everett Hoeffner and fiancé Davina, Corinth, Texas. Carolyn had many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly; Cody, Brandon, Shiloh, Chelsie, Joshua, Rachelle, Samantha, Sarah and Heather; and great-nieces and nephews Annabelle, Cheyenne, Aiden, Andy, Jamison, Koby, Morgan, Damian, Joslyn, Haylee and Rylee.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Alois and Juanita Hoeffner.
Carolyn will live in our hearts forever. Rest in peace.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home Chapel in Hoisington with Reverend Pascal Klein officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Beaver. Visitation will be held Friday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. with family receiving friends from 6 until 8 p.m. at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Sand Springs Small Animal Hospital, 3414 S. Highway 97, Sand Springs, Okla., 74063.
