LARNED — Craig Allen Miller, 81, passed away May 8, 2021 at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.

He was born Feb. 23, 1940 in Great Bend, the son of Orville Clarence and Hazel Erlain Fulton Miller. 

A lifetime area resident he was a car dealer at C & O Miller Used Cars, Larned. He was a member of Larned United Methodist Church; Santa Fe Trail Auto Club; American Legion, Dodge City; Optimists Club; SRCA Dragstrip, Great Bend; Larned Fire Rescue and was a charter member of the Larned Rescue.

On Feb. 6, 1971 he married Charlotte Kay Richardson at Larned; she survives.

Other survivors include daughter, Megan (Jason) Day, Lee’s Summit, Mo.; Lance (Lisa) Miller, Shawnee; and four grandchildren, Reese Miller, Chase Miller, Hank Day, and Meredith Day. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joyce Doucette.

Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel, Larned, with Pastor Tricia North presiding. Service will be viewable via Facebook Live at www.facebook.com/beckwithmorutary. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned, with family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Santa Fe Trail Auto Club or the Santa Fe Trail Center in care of Beckwith Mortuary, PO Box 477, Larned, Kansas 67550.
