GARFIELD — Davie C. Davis, age 48, passed away on Nov. 3, 2021 at the University Hospital, Columbia, Mo. He was born on Dec. 13, 1972 at Fort Walton Beach, Fla., the son of Wallace Davis and Mary C. Williams. He was a self-employed contractor with Davis Construction and a resident of Garfield since 2018. He married Lindsey Dryden on Aug. 18, 2016, she passed away on Nov. 8, 2021.
Davie is survived by his two sons, Landon and Lynkon Davis; a step-son, Mason Miller; two daughters, Nickieann Stines and Natalie Splichal; four brothers, Wally Davis, Jerry Davis, James Williams, Ralph Worrels; five sisters, Wendy Riggs, Judy Reeves, Brenda Phillips, Mary Sue Kelley, Katrina Bass; three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by both parents.
Visitation will be on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 from 1-7 p.m. at Minnis Chapel, St. John. Graveside service will be 11 a.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021 at the Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John, Kan., with Pastor Roland Broeder presiding.
