DeAngelo Carlos Ludin Ortiz, 1 month, 15 days, died Dec. 29 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.  Born Nov. 14, 2014, at Great Bend, he was the son of Yolanda Ortiz.  
Survivors include his mother, Yolanda Ortiz, of the home, grandparents Frances Rousey of Great Bend and Erasmo Ortiz of Great Bend, uncles Robert Rodriguez of Great Bend and Carlos Ortiz of Tennessee.  
Private family graveside services will be held in Great Bend Cemetery. Friends may call from noon to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 30, 2014 and 9:00 a.m. to noon Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Bryant Funeral Home.
