Deborah Manbevers, 69, passed away April 11, 2021, at Olathe Medical Center. She was born July 14, 1951, at Circleville, Ohio to Guy & Edith (Odell) Buskirk. She married Harold Manbevers November 12, 1981 at Circleville, Ohio. He died August 8, 2016.
Deborah was a resident of Great Bend from 1982 to 2000, before moving to Neodesha. She was a housekeeper for Holiday Inn Express. She enjoyed fishing but especially loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include, two sons, Gary Pearson and wife Deborah of Independence, Kan., and Scott Patton and wife Amanda of Iola; a sister, Darcy Jacobs and husband Nick of Great Bend; four grandchildren, Aaron Pearson, Aricka Bromley, Alexandra Pearson and Nathan Patton; and three great grandchildren, Adilyn Osterbuhr, Jack Bromley and Aspyn Pearson. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Harold Manbevers; and two brothers, Guy Buskirk, Jr. and Gary Buskirk.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Bryant Funeral Home, with family present from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2021 at Bryant Funeral Home, with Pastor Jane Heeke presiding. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Great Bend. Memorials have been designated to Golden Belt Humane Society, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
