Delores V. Waggoner, 79, of Great Bend, died Nov. 27 at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend. She was born Dec. 12, 1930, at Great Bend, the daughter of Edward and Eva Mae (Cole) Raab. A homemaker, Mrs. Waggoner was a lifelong resident of Great Bend.

She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Survivors include two sons, Delton Sullivan and Devin Sullivan, both of Great Bend; one daughter, Deneva Willenberg-Steinert of Great Bend; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two nieces, Sandy Saling of Yakima, Wash., and Sharon Wyrick of Boise, Idaho. She was preceded in death by one son, Danny Fell Sullivan, one brother, Orville Raab, and one sister, Dutch Wyrick.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bryant Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Grummon officiant. Interment will be at the Great Bend Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home.
