LITTLETON, Colo. — Diana Marie (Dian) Walters, 60, passed away at Minnequa Medical Center in Pueblo, Colo., on Oct. 5 after being ill for a number of years. Diana was born Oct. 21,1950, in Great Bend, the daughter of Cleat and Virginia Walters. She graduated from Great Bend High School and moved to Denver in 1972.

Diana was preceded in death by her father, Cleat Walters; she is survived by her mother, one son, Zachary Hansarik and his wife Mary, and one grandson, Blade Hansarik. Zach’s family is with him while stationed in South Korea; a sister, Carol Walters Vieyra, Littleton; two brothers, Cleat Walters, Jr., Saulsbury, N.C., Donald L. Walters, Monterey, Calif., and nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held in Great Bend Cemetery on Nov. 19, at 1 p.m, with Rev. Doyle Smith officiating. There will no viewing or visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorials may be given to any Humane Society or charity of your choice.
