Donna Eileen Rehak, 74, passed away March 30, 2021, at Clara Barton Hospital, Hoisington.  She was born February 7, 1947, in Wichita, to Melvin D. and Cora Lucille (Slayden) Capps. Donna married Rob Roy Elliott and were later divorced, then married Raymond Rehak.  He preceded her in passing.
 
Donna, a long time Barton County resident, enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family.  She was a critical care charge registered nurse, retiring from Via Christi, Wichita, previously working for Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend, and Larned State Hospital, Larned.
 
Survivors include; one son,  Brian Todd Elliott (Mindy) of Hoisington; sister, Mary Mai (Gerald) of Russell; two brothers, Tom Capps (Cindy) of Watertown, Wisconsin, and Ron Capps (Bernice) of Newton; one grandson, Brayden Clark (Jessica); three great grandchildren, Bennett, Lucas, and Layla; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in passing by her husband Raymond Rehak.
 
Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 5, 2021, at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, with Pastor Don Fisher.  There will be no visitation, as cremation has taken place.  Memorials may be given to Donna E.
