Duane LeRoy Jacobs, 64, passed away Dec. 1, 2020, at his home in Great Bend. He was born on Nov. 19, 1956, at LaCrosse, to Celestine and Thelma (Herrman) Jacobs. 

Coming from LaCrosse in 1978, Duane was a Great Bend resident. He was a machinist at Fuller Brush. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge and VFW Auxiliary. Duane loved music and always was the DJ. He had many friends and was an animal lover.  

Survivors include, two brothers, Ray Jacobs and wife Marsha of Great Bend, and Kenneth Jacobs and wife Connie of Catawissa, Mo.; a sister Paula Kuhn and husband Jed of Great Bend; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. 

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place and services are pending at this time. Memorials have been designated to Golden Belt Humane Society, in care of Bryant Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net.
