ELLSWORTH — Elaine Irene Snyder, 61, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015, in Ellsworth. Born June 12, 1954 in Hoisington, she was the daughter of Grover Cleveland and Dolores (Reimer) Snyder.
  Elaine is survived by her brother, John Snyder (Sheila Hunt) of Great Bend; sister, Gaye Davis (Keith) of Benton; nieces Megahn Snyder-Gordon of Wichita, Teresa Snyder Borrenpohl of Pocatello, Idaho, and Micelle Snyder of Harlem, New York; nephews, Ryan Davis of Oakland, Ore., Aaron Davis of Wichita, and Blain Snyder of Great Bend; great nephews, Gage and Kai Davis, Sullivan Davis, and Tim Gordon. She was preceded in death by her parents and longtime companion, Larry Walsten.
  Visitation will be 9-10:30 a.m., Monday, June 22, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, Ellsworth with a vigil and rosary service following at 10:45 a.m. at the church.
  Funeral mass will follow the vigil and rosary service at 11 a.m., Monday at the church with burial following in Ellsworth Memorial Cemetery.
