TULSA, Okla. — Emanuel Boger, 95, died July 7, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Okla.  
He was born June 27, 1919 at Hoisington, the son of Jacob and Salamena (Radke) Boger.
He married Frances Fern Lust Jan. 2, 1946 at Hoisington. He was owner and operator of Parkview Service Station and Boger Retail Liquor. Mr. Boger was a Great Bend resident since 1947 coming from Hoisington. He was a United States Army veteran, serving during World War II.  He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and American Legion Argonne Post 180, both of Great Bend.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Fern Boger, of the home; a daughter, Judy Belford and her husband Robert, Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Irene Kimpler, Ellinwood; and Clara Cook, Colorado Springs, Colo.; two grandchildren, Heather Martin, Tulsa, Okla.; and Jeremy Belford, Tulsa, Okla.; six great-grandchildren, Molly Summers, Emma Summers, Parker Belford, Braden Martin, Madison Martin, and Mia Martin.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Armen Boger; and four sisters, Wilma Krug, Othelia Krug, Mary Lou Holmes, and Alvina Haas.
Funeral Service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Great Bend with The Reverend Mark P. Galbraith officiating. Interment will be at Great Bend Cemetery.
Visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bryant Funeral Home.
Memorials are requested for Trinity Lutheran Church, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
