Estela Montelongo Vidaña, 59, passed away December 17, 2021, at Hays Medical Center. She was born December 12, 1962, in Miguel Auza, Zacatecas, Mexico to Manuel and Domitila (Vidaña) Montelongo.
She married Saul Perales and was a Great Bend resident since 1998, working for Redbarn.
Survivors include, her mother Domitila Vidaña, a son Adrian Perales, two daughters Marlen Peregrino and Giselle Perales, all of Great Bend; five brothers; one sister and six grandchildren, Mia Herrera, Yaneli Peregrino, Nathali Peregrino, Jonathan Dominguez, Cesar Peregrino and Jayden Dominguez. She was preceded in death by her father Manuel Montelongo and a brother.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2021, at Bryant Funeral Home, with a family Rosary at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend, with Father Aneesh Parappanattu presiding. Interment will be in the Great Bend Cemetery North.
