BUSHTON — George W. Bolz, 95, passed away April 14, 2017, in Ellinwood. Born May 16, 1921, in Centerville, N.M., he was the son of George H. and Luella May (Campbell) Bolz. Living in Bushton since 1960, he was a supervisor at nearby Enron Gas. On April 23, 196, he married Donna Kirk in New Mexico. She survives.
Mrs. Bolz was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bushton.
Other survivors include, three daughters, Vickie Bolz-Schlyer (John) of Bushton, Deena Mortimer (David) of Devine, Texas, and Kristina Bolz of Bushton; a son, David Bolz (Linda) of Bushton; a brother, Herbert Bolz (Zoe) of Covington, Okla.; and two grandchildren, Emma and Aaron. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Don and Chester; and sister, Fern.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Bushton. Visitation will be held from 1-8 p.m., with family present from 6-8 p.m., today at Parsons Funeral Home in Ellsworth, Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church in Bushton in care of the funeral home.
