J. Melvin Oliverius, 90, passed away on Oct. 3, 2015, at Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington. Born July 15, 1925, in Galatia, he was the son of James and Margaret (Gustin) Oliverius. On Oct. 2, 1946, he was united in marriage to T. Aileen Reif, the daughter of Julius and Tillie Reif, in Hoisington. She survives at the home.
During World War II he was a 1st LT in the Army Air Corp.
Private family burial will be at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
