Jack Daubert 1953-2014

Jack Daubert, 61, died Oct. 19 at Hutchinson Regional Hospital. Born in Great Bend, on April 9, 1953, he was the son of Herman and Wanda (Riemann) Daubert.  He graduated from Great Bend High School in 1972. Jack worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at “The Cedars” retirement community in McPherson. He was a longtime resident of Great Bend.
Survivors include two brothers, Randy Daubert and Rodney (Marsha) Daubert and a sister, Peggy (Donnie) Scott. Other survivors include half-sisters, Theresa (Paul) Ruth, Carra Kuhn, and Cheryl Bliss; step-brother, Curtis Kuhn; five nieces and five nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at Minnis Chapel in Ellinwood with Pastor Jim Kile presiding. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 22, at Minnis Chapel in Ellinwood. A private burial will be set at a later date. Memorials are suggested to New Hope Covenant Church in McPherson, in care of Minnis Chapel, PO Box 246, Ellinwood, KS 67526. Condolences may be left at www.minnischapel.
