AUSTIN, Texas — James David Springer, 58, passed away March 12, 2022 at his home in Austin, Texas, surrounded by family and friends.

He was born Dec. 2, 1963, in Larned, the son of Doug and Sara (Carpenter) Springer.

He graduated from Larned High School in 1982. He loved dancing, spending time outside, doing yard work and helping neighbors.

Survivors include: his father Doug Springer (Pat), Pawnee Rock; two sisters, Lyn Oak (Ned,) Macksville and Lori Boor (Pat), Larned; brother Justin Adams (Becca), York, Neb.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Peat and brother, John Springer.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be given to Compassus Hospice, Austin, Texas, in care of Doug Springer, Lyn Oak or Lori Boor.
