LARNED — Jewell H. Wood Graf, 90, died Dec. 27 at the Larned Healthcare Center. Born Aug. 10, 1922, in Augusta, she was the daughter of Bryan and Janey Lackey Chance. On Oct. 30, 1944, she married Albert Wood at Tonopah, Nev. He died on July 26, 1978. In Nov. 1994 she married Edwin Graf. He died Aug. 19, 2010. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Wood Graf was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Larned.
Survivors include, a daughter, Kim Bennett and husband Richard of Larned; three step-sons, David Graf of Kansas City, Mike Graf of Hays and Jim Graf of Hutchinson; one step-daughter, Janice Burkhead of Kansas City; two grandsons, Matthew and wife Maria Bennett, of Garden City and Brent Bennett and fiancé Haleigh Turner, of Larned; five great-grandchildren, Zachary, Koby, Kyler, Brady and Tristin; and nieces and nephews, Lisa Cook of Topeka, Shannon Martinez of Hutchinson, Barry Mustoe of Amarillo, Texas and Ralph Mustoe of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Harlene Hungerford; and a step-daughter, Norma Bogart.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday at Beckwith Mortuary Chapel in Larned, with the Rev. Jack Singer presiding. Burial  will be at the Larned Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be sent to the Presbyterian Church of Larned in care of the funeral home.
