BELLA VISTA, Ark. — JoAnn Hlavaty, 87, died Jan. 15, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. Born Sept. 25, 1927, she was the daughter of Francis and Eveline Barland. On Oct. 14, 1967, she married Donald Hlavaty of Olmitz. JoAnn and Donald lived in the Olmitz area until 1982 when they retired and moved to Bella Vista, Ark.
She is survived by a sister Mary Ann Keas, of Littleton, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Olmitz with Father Anselm Ecke celebrating.
