ST. JOHN — Keith D. Bieberle, 60, died Oct. 17, 2011.
He was born Sept. 7, 1951 at Great Bend, the son of Gilbert and Dolores (Frances) Bieberle.
Keith was a resident of St. John since 1978 where he was a telecommunications service technician for Century Link phone company. He graduated from Hoisington High School in 1969, attended Barton County Community College, Vocational Technical School in Salina, and served in the Army National Guard for six years. His memberships include St. John The Apostle Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
On May 19, 1973, he married Mary E. (Stephens) in Hoisington. She survives of the home. Other survivors include, a son, Maj. Joel K. Bieberle and wife Sheri, Colorado Springs, Colo.; a daughter, Sarah D. Britton and husband Josh, Ulysses; two brothers, Glen Bieberle, Hoisington; Darin Bieberle, Fayetteville, Ark.; two sisters, Janiece Klenda, LaCrosse; Kay Demel, Hiawatha; his mother, Dolores Westbrook, Augusta, and three grandchildren, Grace, Brody and Ava.
A funeral mass is scheduled at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22 at St. John The Apostle Catholic Church, St. John, with Father Floyd McKenney presiding. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. John The Evangelist cemetery, Hoisington. Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday at Minnis Chapel, St. John, with a Vigil beginning at 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
