Kenneth 'Kenny King 1947-2012

STAFFORD — Kenneth “Kenny” Ross King, 64, died July 27, 2012 at the Pratt Regional Medical Center.
Born Sept. 29, 1947 at Caney, he was the son of Doyle U. and Maxine Rowe King.  
Kenny worked for his dad at King Oil Service, Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, the Skelly Oil Company, which is now Rose Rock Midstream, for the past 45 years. Kenny loved to play softball and later coached his kids and grandkids in softball, baseball and football. He was active in the school and community. He served on the Stafford Lake Board and Stafford Recreation Commission Board for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Diana; a son, Aaron King and his wife Lisa; daughters, Amy Harris and husband Jami; April Green and husband Darren; Kelly Miller and husband Tommy; a sister, Dixie Osborn; a brother, Doyle M. King, and grandchildren, Ashlyn and Aspyn King, Ross and Regan Harris, Remyngton Green, Kennedy Knoche, Bronx Miller and Brandon Hessman.  
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, a sister, Judy Coggin and a nephew, Shawn King.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Minnis Chapel, Stafford with Pastor Steve Gill presiding. Burial will be at the Stafford Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:30 to  8:30 p.m. Monday at Minnis Chapel.
