OTIS — Lee Ann Schneider, 58, died Oct. 21, 2011 at the Hays Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 15, 1952 in LaCrosse, the daughter of Harry L. and Alberta M. (Brack) Schneider.
In 1970, she graduated from USD 403 Otis-Bison High School. She graduated from Barton Community College with an associate’s degree. A lifelong resident of Rush County, she was a case manager in the health care industry.
Miss Schneider was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Otis.
Survivors include her father, Harry L. Schneider, Otis. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alberta M. (Brack) Schneider on March 27, 1999.
A memorial service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Otis with Pastor Bruce Adamson officiating. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.
Memorials are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Otis, the Rush County EMT’s or the Rush County Amusement Company.
