Lee Nora Mae “Pee Wee” Danield, 72, of Great Bend died Jan. 6, 2017, at home. Born May 1, 1944 in Gorham, she was the daughter of Miles and Maudie Anthony.
She resided with her granddaughter and her husband, Jennifer and Raymond Stice. Pee Wee worked as a waitress at Steak and Cake in Great Bend and the Don Do in Larned. She enjoyed family, friends and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include a son, Ricky Dean (Sheryl) Wilson of Independence; daughter Roxzanna (John) Brown of Great Bend; six grandchildren: Jennifer (Raymond) Stice, Angela Sherrill; JB Brown, Amanda (Mike) Kramer, Mathew Sanchez, Savannah (Nathan) Wright; 30 great-grandchildren; four sisters: Diana (John) Howard, Lana Slack, Kay (Joe) Tracy, all of Great Bend, and Sandra (Robin) Orr of Denton, Texas; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, six sisters and a granddaughter.
Graveside services will be announced at a later date. Burial will be at Great Bend Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family for funeral expenses in care of Jennifer Stice, 1411 Baker Ave., Great Bend, KS, 67530.
