LITTLE RIVER — A memorial service to celebrate and honor the life of Lyle L. Young of Little River will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at Little River Congregational Church, 410 Clinton St., with refreshments to follow in the church basement. 

A lifelong resident of Little River, Lyle passed away at the age of 85 on Dec. 30, 2021, at Salina Regional Health Center after a brief illness. Memorials may be made to Little River Congregational Church and either brought to the service or sent to Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
