ALBERT — Margaret Elaine Moore, 96, died Dec. 25 at Clara Barton Hospital in Hoisington. Born May 10, 1915, in Great Bend, she was the daughter of George and Martha Anne (McGinty) Devine. On Oct. 5, 1936, she married Bennie F. Moore in Seward. He died in 1979. She then married Glenn E. Moore on Nov. 12, 1980, in Great Bend. A lifetime resident of Barton and Rush counties, she was a Registered Nurse at St. Rose Hospital in Great Bend, Larned State Hospital and the Kansas State Department of Health.

Mrs. Moore was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, the Altar Society and Daughters of Isabella, all of Great Bend.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn E. Moore, of the home; a daughter-in-law, Judy Moore, of Great Bend; a sister, Mary Elora Robinson, of Larned; three stepdaughters, Norma Beadles and husband Terry, of Clarkston, Wash., June Schneider and husband Gerald, of Great Bend, and Sharon Riggs and husband Wayne, of Littleton, Colo.; three grandchildren, Mike Moore and wife Jill of Great Bend, Shelly Hejny and husband Jim, of Galatia, and Craig Moore and wife Rene, of Pawnee Rock; seven great-grandchildren, Daniel Immediato, Raegen Moore, Brandy Loomis, Luke Moore, Lake Moore, Brindon Hejny, and Justin Hejny; and six step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles E. Moore; and a brother, Hubert Devine.

Altar Society Rosary will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at Bryant Funeral Home. Vigil Service with Daughters of Isabella rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Great Bend with Father Don Bedore officiating. Burial will be at the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery in Seward. Friends may visit from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Barton County Relay for Life or the American Heart Association, in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net.
