HOISINGTON – Marilyn L. Hoyt, 85, died Jan. 4, 2011, at Country Place Living Center, Hoisington. Born April 25, 1925, at Grenola, the daughter of George A. and Mary Westling Warner, she was a long-time Hoisington resident. She married Robert Hoyt Sept. 13, 1959, at Hoisington.

She was a member of First Christian Church, PEO Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, and Business and Professional Women, all of Hoisington. She worked as a secretary for Hoisington Federal Savings and Loan.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, with the Rev. William F. Johnson officiating. Burial will be at the Hoisington Cemetery. Friends may call from 1-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Kans for Kids or the church in care of the funeral home.
