Maurine E. Frink 1925 - 2012

ST. JOHN — Maurine E. Frink, 87, died Oct. 6 in St. John. Born April 18, 1925 in Greensburg, she was the daughter of William O. and Mabel E. (Kennedy) Dorland. On  Nov. 26, 1944, she married Robert H. Frink, Jr. in Greensburg. He survives. She was a 1943 graduate of Greensburg High School. A resident of St. John since 1954, she worked in the Stafford County Clerk’s office and 20 years as office manager for Farm Bureau Insurance of St. John.
Mrs. Frink was a member of the First Baptist Church, Bernina Sewing Club, and Town and Country Mother’s Club.
Other survivors include a son, Steven Frink (Jolene) of St. John; a daughter, Bobbett Davis (Jack) of St. John; four grandchildren, Troy Frink (Karla), Brian Davis, and Kevin D. Davis (Laura), all of St. John, and Tonia Huslig (Larry) of Pratt; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert and Gene Dorland; and three sisters, Evelyn Foster, Ruth Darby, Marion Adams.
Memorial services will be at  2 p.m. on Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in St. John, with Pastor Terry West presiding. Inurnment will follow at the Fairview Park Cemetery in St. John. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to First Baptist Church or Lucille Hall Museum in care of the funeral home.
