EDMOND, Okla. — Michael James Smith, 66, of Edmond, Okla. passed away on Jan. 25. Born on Aug. 11, 1946 in Great Bend, he was the son of Steve and Gwendolyn Smith. On Aug. 18, 1967 he married Donna Saint. She died on Jan. 8, 2012. They had two children, David and Matthew. He was employed for Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville, Okla. as a contract editor and writer.  
Survivors include is children, David Smith of Atlanta Ga., and Matthew Smith of Midwest City, Okla.; a grandson, Tyler Smith of Tomball, Texas; and brother, Gary Saint of Idaho Springs, Colo. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna.
Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m.  today at the First United Methodist Church in Edmond, Okla.
