LARNED – Michael “Mike” Christians, 60, died March 20, 2015 at Hays Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 7, 1955 at Hoisington, the son of Clarence and Keta (Marquis) Christians.
He worked in food service at Larned State Hospital. Mr. Christians was a Larned resident for 15 years, coming from Great Bend. He was a member of Faith Community Church, Great Bend.
Survivors include his parents, Clarence and Keta Christians,  Hoisington; a brother, Ray Christians and his wife Tina, Hoisington; a sister, Patti Madden and her husband Manley, Great Bend; four nieces and nephews, Brooke Cherven, Cadillac, Mich.; Robin Linsner, Hoisington; Justin Christians, Great Bend; and Scott Christians, Hoisington; and his best friend, Dwight Johnson, Great Bend.
He was preceded by an infant brother; Wayne Lee Christians.
Funeral Service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at  Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home with Pastor Sandy Kennedy officiating. Interment will be at the Hoisington Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home
