GREAT BEND — Patricia Ann “Patty” Shomber, 64, passed away at her home in Great Bend on Aug. 6, 2018. She was born on Dec. 22, 1953 to William “Pat” and Loretta (Melcher) Clemons.
A Great Bend resident for most of her life, Patty was a home daycare provider for over 35 years.
Survivors include, two sons, Scott Achatz, Columbus, Ohio; and Jason and wife Lori Shomber, Great Bend; one daughter, Kristi and husband John Oetken, Great Bend; one brother, Bill and wife Julia Clemons, Ellinwood, and one sister, Barbara and husband Scott Donahue, Billings, Mont.; and three grandchildren, Laci Oetken, Kaden Achatz and Kalvin Shomber.
There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place and there will be a Private Family Service. Inurnment will be in the Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery, Ellinwood.
