LARNED — Patricia L. Hassman, 69, passed away Nov. 26, 2021 at her home, Larned.

She was born April 17, 1952 in McPherson, the daughter of Irvan John and Jean Louise Sitts Hassman. A longtime area resident she was head of the HR dept at the Larned Correctional Mental Health Facility.

She was a member of the First Christian Church, Great Bend, Prairie Arts Unlimited and the Larned Music Club, both of Larned.  

She enjoyed singing in the church choir.

Survivors include many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Carrol W. Hassman.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary with Robert Sallee presiding; visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021 at McPherson Cemetery, McPherson, Kan. Memorials may be given to the Prairie Arts Unlimited, in care of Beckwith Mortuary, P.O.
