PRATT – Paul G. Epp, 81, of Pratt went quietly from this earth to his eternal peace on Nov. 4. Born on Aug. 14, 1929, in Murdock, he was the son of Paul R. and Dorothy Epp. He married Marian Jenkins on Nov. 28, 1953.

Paul was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He worked many years in the oil field industry. He found joy in collecting and selling coins. He spent the majority of his time at the Ponderosa with his boys, hunting, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. He never met a stranger and lived his life to the fullest.

Mr. Epp was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Craig and wife Sharon of Waco, Texas; a daughter, Jil and husband Steve of Great Bend; siblings Bob Epp and Betty Hoeme; and grandchildren, Brandon and wife Jessica Epp, Brett Epp, Shelley Matthews and Lyndsee and Mitchell Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents; infant son Bruce Epp; and infant grandson Christopher Johnson.

Funeral services will be conducted at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, in Pratt, at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Private family burial will be conducted later in the day. Visitation will be today from 1 to 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a memorial to the Respiratory Department of Pratt Regional Medical Center. Condolences for the family may be left at www.larrisonmortuary.com.
