Paula Banda, 85, passed peacefully at home June 17, 2024, in Great Bend, Kan. She was born April 28, 1939, in Abrego, Zacatecas, Mexico, to Arcadio and Beatriz (Anguino) Banda.

Paula was a hard-working homemaker and a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. She loved and cared for her family very deeply. She especially adored and doted on her nieces and nephews.

Survivors include sister, Petra Banda de Garcia of Great Bend and many nieces and nephews that will miss her dearly.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2024, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, with Father Aneesh Parappanattu presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at Bryant Funeral Home. Vigil and Rosary will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Great Bend Cemetery North. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net.
